Air driven Vacuum Cleaners

These vacuum cleaners are extremely powerful and pick up more or less everything, even gas. The choice of the filter material and -size depends on the material to be picked up. Active carbon filters can be installed to eliminate unwanted odours.

All machines meet or exceed the respective EC-requirements.

The existing compressed air supply can be used in most cases. In our offer we specify the exact needs.

Continuous use of air driven vacuum cleaners during several hours is no problem, because they do not heat up during operation.

They can be used in inflammable environment and in explosive atmosphere.

Adapting the vacuum cleaner to existing dirt collection vessels or systems is possible. Example: paint sludge can be sucked into drums. The vacuum cleaner is built into the mobile drum cover. Once the drum is full it is given to the waste disposal. The vacuum cleaner is put onto the next drum. Decanting of the full and heavy drums is avoided, old drums are used and disposal costs are reduced.

Debus air driven vacuum cleaners are very robust and have an extremely long lifetime; some are in use more than twenty years already. They have no rotating parts and do not require service and maintenance, resulting in low cost of operation. The only parts, which need to be replaced when worn out, are the hose, the filter, the joint of the dirt collection tank and the silencer. Most customers do the replacement themselves.

The vacuum cleaners are easy to install and the customers themselves do this without support from Debus. Hence, there are no costs for technicians, travel expenses, etc. Nevertheless, we provide assistance upon request.
